INXS con Ray Charles y Chrissie Hynde

En 1993 INXS publicó su décimo albúm de estudio titulado "Full Moon Dirty Hearts". En este se incluían 2 colaboraciones de lujo: Ray Charles y Chrissie Hynde.

El grupo australiano ya había demostrado en sus discos anteriores que tenían influencias negroides, pero esta vez daban un paso más e invitaban a Ray Charles para que cantara en uno de sus singles. El pianista y Michael Hutchence hacen un dueto vibrante y enérgico.
Dos hombres ciegos de pasión de cuya presencia desafortunadamente no podemos seguir disfrutando.

La otra participación es la de la cantante de "The Pretenders", que pone voz a la canción que da título al disco. La ex de Ray Davies (ex-Kinks) y de Jim Kerr (ex-Simple Minds), pone el contrapunto perfecto a la magnífica voz del australiano. Tal vez a muchos su imagen pública como "guaperas" y mujeriego (Kym Wilson, Kylie Minogue, Helena Christensen, Elle McPherson, Belinda Carlisle ...) no les dejó ver sus grandes cualidades como vocalista.

En el siguiente video un antiguo diskette (parece que han pasado siglos) cobra protagonismo de manera accidental.
